My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I tailor our work to your unique needs, ensuring an online or in person therapy experience that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.

When you reach out, I will arrange an initial complimentary online assessment session, lasting around 30 minutes.
